Q. What is your warranty?
A: We are proud of our products and offer a 3 year manufacturer's warranty that covers against manufacturing defects.
Big Ass Wake warrants to the original purchaser of each of our products that such products are free from structural defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Some component parts not manufactured by Big Ass Wake, and are not covered by the provisions of this warranty, but may be covered by warranties of the manufacturers supplying such component parts.
Exclusions
- Incidental or consequential damages.
- Structural components which has been subjected to extreme stresses caused by use in excess of its capacity.
- Structural components that has been subjected to abuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized usage.
- Structural component which has been altered or repaired by anyone not authorized by Big Ass Wake to make alterations or repairs during the term of this warranty.
Other than what is set forth above, Big Ass Wake makes no other express or implied warranties with respect to any structural component manufactured or sold by Big Ass Wake. No person or dealer is authorized to make any warranties on behalf of Big Ass Wake.
This warranty applies to machined products only, and does not apply to apparel, posters, stickers etc.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Within 30 days of the purchase of your order, you may return any product purchased from Big Ass Wake in its original, unused condition for credit or exchange. Contact our returns department by choosing "returns" on our contact form. We will provide you with an address to ship your package to.
Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include the exchange request number. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. For your protection, please use UPS, Fed Ex or the USPS and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot accept items damaged by shipping.
All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Q. What about backorders?
A: Our products, especially the Jack Rack, are very popular and are made in limited batches to insure quality. If a product you ordered temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Products on backorder will not be charged to your account until they are shipped.
